The delivery time of our products may vary depending on the item selected. The estimated delivery time is detailed in the corresponding section of each product on our website. The indicated delivery times are based on business days and not calendar days.
Please note that the shipping time indicated on the product page refers to standard shipping. For express shipping, the delivery time will be reduced by 1 or 2 days from the standard delivery time.

- Europe : Standard €3.50 / Express €5.50
- LATAM and USA : Standard €3.90 / Express €5.90
Free delivery is available with a minimum purchase of €100.
Shipment Tracking:
To track your order, you will receive a link to your email once the purchase is made.
You can also check the status of your order at any time by using this link and adding the order number and/or the tracking number provided.
Return policy:
At PonteMásFriki, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please follow our guidelines below:
- You can request a return for eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery by sending an email to info@pontemasfriki.com .
Your first return for each order is always free. - As soon as we receive your notification, the return process will begin and we will provide you with the label to use to return the product.
- Once we have received the item and verified its condition, we will proceed with the refund. Please note that the time it takes to receive the refund may vary depending on your bank.
- Please note that the refund will only be made for the cost of the returned product, not the shipping cost.
- All returned products must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
- In the case of personalized products, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. If any anomaly has been detected with the received item, we invite the customer to contact us by writing an email to info@pontemasfriki.com providing the order number and explaining the problem.
- If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please process a return following the steps mentioned above and contact us at info@pontemasfriki.com to let us know the new item you wish to receive.
Gifts:
At PonteMásFriki we do not yet offer gift wrapping services. Products will be shipped in their standard packaging.
